"Ivy the Kiwi?"
Xseed Games released the adventure game "Ivy the Kiwi?" for the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS systems in August of 2010. Rated appropriate for all players, "Ivy the Kiwi?" was created by Prope. The game challenges players to protect a bird named Ivy through several different stages. Players use their Wii remotes to create portions of the game's environment, and there are 10 special feather items to collect in every level.
"Okami"
Capcom released the fantasy video game "Okami" for the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 2 in April of 2008. Developed by Ready at Dawn, "Okami" is rated acceptable for players 13 and older. Players take the role of a goddess who has turned into a wolf. The goddess is after an evil creature that has made its way to her land. To find the creature, players must interact with other characters they meet and win numerous battles they encounter.
"Red Steel 2"
Ubisoft released the shooting game "Red Steel 2" solely for the Nintendo Wii in March of 2010. "Red Steel 2" was made by Ubisoft Paris and is rated suitable for players 13 and up. The game tells the story of a character who lives in the old west and must find the killers of several of his friends. To find them, players must battle a number of enemies using multiple combat techniques with guns, swords and hands.
"Excitebots: Trick Racing"
Nintendo released the driving video game "Excitebots: Trick Racing" exclusively for its Wii system in April of 2009. Created by Monster Games Incorporated, "Excitebots: Trick Racing" is rated appropriate for players of all ages. Players compete against one another in races that feature robot vehicles. One or two players can participate at once from home, though up to six can play by using the Wii to connect online. To gain stars and extra items, players must also perform tricks during races.
