Items
Many items in "Mortal Kombat: Armageddon" are not available at the start of the game and must be unlocked by pressing specific button combinations. To press these combinations, players must select "Krypt" from the main menu and then click on the question mark icon. Press "L" four consecutive times and then enter the desired code. To unlock the artwork for the Pyramid Crack of Dawn stage, players must press "Y," "L," "L," "Down" and "X." To unlock the song in the Armory stage, players must press "A," "B," "L," "Y," "B" and "A." To see a promotional video for the game, players must press "Up," "Up," "Down," "Up," "L" and "A."
Stages
"Mortal Kombat: Armageddon" features several battle stages that are not accessible from the main menu and must be unlocked by entering codes. Go to the "Krypt" area, pick "?" and then enter the correct button combination to get these stages. To unlock the Falling Cliffs stage, players must press "Z," "X," "B," "A," "X" and "Y." The Pyramid of Argus stage is unlocked once players press "R," "L," "B," "A," "Z" and "Up." The Shinnock's Spire battle level does not appear until players enter "L," "L," "X," "Up," "Y" and "L."
Fighters
The different fighters in "Mortal Kombat: Armageddon" all feature different moves to take down opponents. Many of the fighters are not present in the character selection menu until players go to the "Krypt" menu, press "?" and input a button combination. To unlock Taven, players must press "L," "L," "Z," "Up," "X" and "Down." The character Meat is unlocked as soon as players type "Up," "B," "B," "X" and "Up." To fight as the character Blaze, players must enter "Y," "B," "L," "L," "L" and "X." Once these characters are unlocked, use them in any of the game's modes.
