How to Beat Bald Bull on the Wii

Bald Bull is one of the boxers of "Punch Out!!," a cartoonish game on the Nintendo Wii. Bald Bull shows up about mid-way through the tournament to take on the player's character, Little Mac. Bull is a hot-head who claims to be from Istanbul, Turkey. Though he is an intimidating foe, Bald Bull can be defeated rather quickly if you know when to hit him and how to exploit his attack patterns.

Instructions

  Press left on the Wii Nun-chuck's joystick to dodge Bald Bull's punches. His wind-up varies depending on the punch he throws. Dodge the instant he moves to avoid the hook and uppercut. His twirly punches are delayed, and if you dodge too early you can be hit by them when your player moves back into the standard fighting position.

  Hit Bald Bull with jab combos in a left, right, left pattern. Delay slightly between your second and third punch following his twirly jab and uppercut. The game will give you a star if you pull this off, and stars mean you can throw a super punch.

  Press and hold the A button on the Wiimote to throw a super punch. These star punches are best used at the end of an attack combo while Bald Bull is dazed.

  Jab Bald Bull after he blows smoke out of his nose for the second time to knock him down during his signature move, The Bull Charge. This is the only way to knock him down in "Title Defense Mode." You must avoid the Bull Charge to beat Bald Bull; if he connects, a single blow can knock you out. He will launch it by moving toward the top of the screen. Then he'll blow smoke and charge at you with an uppercut. If you just dodge out of the way he will only do the move a total of three times.
