How to Arrange Wii Channels

The Nintendo Wii features an opening screen known as the Wii Menu. This menu includes a number of channels, which players can select to play game discs and downloaded titles, surf the Internet, view game previews and more. Users can arrange these channels in any order they choose, grouping them together in clusters for easier browsing.

  Decide how you want to group your channels before you begin moving them. The Disc Channel cannot be moved from the top left corner of the first channel page, but any other game channels can be relocated. Most users find that it's convenient to put heavily used channels, such as the Internet Channel, Wii Shop Channel and most-liked games on the first page of the menu

  Put the cursor over a channel by pointing the Wii remote at it and press and hold the "A" and "B" buttons to grab the channel.

  Move the channel to an empty spot on the Wii Menu. You can scroll through the four screens of the menu by scrolling over the arrows on the left and right hand sides of each page.

  Release the "A" and "B" buttons to drop the channel into its new spot. Select the channel to use it by pressing "A" when the cursor is over it.
