Complete the Wii Music Mini-Games
Play through the Mii Maestro mini-game. Use the Wiimote as a conductor's baton to direct the members of the Mii Symphony. Unlocking new songs in Mii Maestro is not dependent upon your performance. You must simply play through certain songs one time to complete them and unlock the next song.
Play through "Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star" to unlock "Carmen," which can be completed to unlock "The Four Seasons" Completing "The Four Seasons" will unlock "Ode to Joy," which can be played to unlock "The Legend of Zelda Theme." Completing this final song will unlock the harp instrument.
Play through the Handbell Harmony mini-game. During songs, bells will scroll across the bottom of the screen. Shake the wiimote when the bell that matches your color passes through the middle of the screen. Unlocking new songs in Handbell Harmony is not dependent upon your performance. You must simply play through certain songs one time to complete them and unlock the next song.
Playing through "O Christmas Tree" will unlock the song "Hum Hum Hum," which in turn can be completed to unlock "My Grandfather's Clock." Playing through "My Grandfather's Clock" will unlock "Do-Re-Mi," which can be completed to unlock "Sukiyaki."
Play through and complete the Pitch Perfect mini-game. The mini-game has eight levels, which become progressively more difficult. In each level, the player has to listen to different pitches and match them to the appropriate Mii. If time runs out before the player finishes finishes, the level must be re-played.
Complete Level 4 to unlock the "Super Mario Bros. Theme" song and the NES Horn instrument. Complete Level 8 to unlock the music room location for the Jam Session mode.
Create Six Music Videos
Create at least six music videos. After every performance in Wii Music, the game allows the player to save a copy of their performance and create a music video. When prompted, select the option to "Save Performance."
Complete the music video creation process. When prompted, assign your performance a rating and then select an album cover for your new video.
Complete the music video creation process six times to unlock all the hidden content in this mode.
Creating one music video unlocks the cat suit and cheerleader costumes in addition to the hand clap, recorder, sitar and toy piano instruments. Creating three music videos unlocks the "Lessons" mode and creating six music videos unlocks the "Expand your Style" mode.
Complete the Lesson Modes
Watch and complete the game's lesson modes to unlock more content. From the main menu, select the "Lessons" option. Select the "Jam Mastery" menu and then select the "Expand Your Style" option. Watch the first lesson and complete the requirements to unlock additional songs and instruments.
From the "Jam Mastery" menu, select the "Rock" option. Watch and complete all of the available lessons to unlock additional songs and instruments.
From the "Jam Mastery" menu, select the "Pop" option. Watch and complete all of the available lessons. The ability to add and remove instrument parts will unlock.
