How to Compress Wii Games

The Nintendo Wii is one of the most advanced gaming systems available today. Many gamers and electronic gurus have worked hard to emulate the Wii, and to allow more games to be played with less effort. The result of this work is the ability to compress Wii game files and fit them on to a memory card to be played on the Wii. Compressing the game files requires extracting them, putting them on your computer and then compressing the files.

  Download WiiScrubber 1.30. WiiScrubber 1.30 is the newest version of WiiScrubber and is the most versatile and reliable software for Wii game compression.

  Run the ̶0;MakeKeyBin.exe̶1; file. A menu will pop up that says to enter 42 and click ̶0;Generate.̶1; Do this. It will begin running WiiScrubber.

  Click on ̶0;Load ISO̶1; and then browse to the ISO that you wish to compress.

  Scrub the ISO. This can take more than half an hour, so be patient.

  Compress the ISO as a .rar file or 7-zip. This can be done with any rar or zip program, such as WinZip, by selecting your scrubbed ISO file and clicking ̶0;Compress.̶1;
