How do I Save the Wii Disney Princess Enchanted Journey Game?

The "Disney Princess Enchanted Journey" game for the Wii console enables players to explore all of the famous Disney Princess worlds. From Snow White to Jasmine, the game allows players to solve puzzles, use Tinkerbell's magic and relive some of the great Disney princess moments. While the Wii uses built-in memory, each game's saving process is different and this also applies to "Disney Princess Enchanted Journey." In the game, saving is easy, but you can also transfer files to save back-ups of the game or to transfer a saved game to another Wii console.

  Start a new game. Choose to play a one- or two-player game. Follow the game's directions and play through the first level until you reach an automatic save point.

  Press the "A" button on the Wii remote to allow the game to save automatically. From this point forward, whenever you reach a save point, the game will automatically save.

  Keep the Wii console on during this save point. Do not eject the disc or press any buttons on the controller when the flashing Wii icon appears on the screen. If you do, you could corrupt the game file and be forced to start over.

  Insert an SD card into your Wii console to save a copy of the game file. Exit out of the game and return to the main Wii menu to make the copy.

  Use the Wii remote to select the "SD Card Channel" from the main window. The "SD Card Channel" is the small icon on the bottom left corner of the screen that is shaped like an SD card.

  Click on the small "Wii Console" tab at the top of your screen. Use your Wii remote to scroll through the different saved file icons until you load the "Disney Princess Enchanted Journey" icon. Point the remote at the icon and press the "A" button. Click on the "Copy" link.

  Click on the "SD Card" tab. Use the Wii remote to select the "Paste" link to move your saved game onto the SD card. Now you can use the SD card in another Wii console to transfer your saved game or have a saved backup of your game file.
