Write down the events leading up to the "bricking" of your Wii system. You will need to provide details when applying for a repair or replacement.
Contact Nintendo Customer Service at 1-800-255-3700 to speak with a service representative about your options. The Nintendo Customer Service line is open seven days a week from 6 A.M. to 7 P.M. PST.
Explain your situation to the service representative, including as much detail as possible. Depending on the circumstances, they may offer to perform a free repair or replacement on your system. If they cannot determine fault in your circumstance, they may require you to pay some or all of the repair fees.
Follow the instructions from Nintendo for properly packaging and shipping your system. You will need to have your service or RMA number when shipping, tracking and inquiring about your system, so make sure to save the number in a secure location for future reference. When the repair order is complete, the system will be mailed back to you, and it should function like new.
