How to Get Wired Modem Internet for the Wii

Because the Nintendo Wii does not have an Ethernet port, the only way to get online with the Wii using a wired connection is via the Wii LAN Adapter. The Wii LAN Adapter is a small USB dongle that allows you to use a wired connection to access the Internet on the Wii console. A wired connection will have all of the same functionality as a wireless, and may even perform better because of the direct connection.
