Nintendo Wii Instructions to Change the Pants Color on a Mii

Turn on the Nintendo Wii.

Select the ̶0;Mii Channel̶1; icon from the Home screen. Press ̶0;A̶1; on the Wiimote. Select the ̶0;Start̶1; button on the screen that appears. Press ̶0;A."

Click on your Mii that is on the screen. Select the ̶0;Edit Mii̶1; button on the left side of the screen. Press ̶0;A."

Select the ̶0;Quit̶1; button. Press "A." Select the ̶0;Don̵7;t Mingle̶1; button on the new screen that appears. Select the ̶0;Save and Quit̶1; button. Press "A" to return your Mii to the screen he/she was originally on.

Select the ̶0;Transfer Mii̶0; button that is on the right side of the screen. Press "A." Select the icon of the remote that is to the left of the screen that appears. Press "A."

Drag your Mii character into the leftmost slot in the ̶0;Save & Quit̶1; bar at the top of the screen. Select the ̶0;Save & Quit̶1; button. Press "A." Wait for your Mii to reappear on the screen he/she was originally on.

Drag your Mii onto the ̶0;Erase̶1; button at the lower left of the screen. "A." Click on the ̶0;Erase̶1; button on the new screen that appears. Press "A."

Turn on the computer. Go to the ̶0;Bluetooth̶1; setting in the ̶0;Systems Settings̶1; control panel. Turn the Bluetooth on. Return to the desktop of the computer.

Download a Mac or Windows Mii transfer program and a Mac or Windows avatar editing program to the desktop of the computer. Double-click on the file once downloaded. Follow the menu commands to install the program onto the desktop. If using a PC, restart after the installation is done.

Double-click on the icon of the Mii Transfer program to launch it. Select ̶0;Slot 1̶1; from the list of choices presented on the window that appears on the desktop. Select ̶0;Get Mii from remote̶1; from the list of choices presented on the window.

Place the Wiimote next to the computer. Press the ̶0;Start̶1; button on the Mii Transfer program. Name the Mii that is going to be saved to the desktop ̶0;Pants.mii̶1; in the ̶0;Name̶1; column of the window that appears.

Select ̶0;Desktop̶1; from the ̶0;Locations̶1; tab drop-down menu in the middle of the window. Click the ̶0;Save̶1; button at the bottom of the window. Quit the Mii Transfer program once the window disappears.

Double-click on the avatar editing program̵7;s icon to launch it. Select ̶0;Load̶1; from the pop-up window that appears. Navigate in the window that appears to the ̶0;Pants.mii̶1; file. Double-click on the ̶0;Pants.mii̶1; file. Click the ̶0;Open̶1; button on the window.

Erase the ̶0;Editor ID̶1; column at the top of the screen. Enter ̶0;1FFFFFF0̶0; without the quotes to change the Mii̵7;s pants color to gold.

Click on the ̶0;Save̶1; button at the left of the screen. Enter ̶0;Pants.mii̶1; in the ̶0;Name̶1; column at the top of the screen.

Select ̶0;Desktop̶1; from the ̶0;Locations̶1; tab drop-down menu. Click the ̶0;Save̶1; button at the bottom of the window. Click 'Yes" in the "Overwrite file" window that appears. Quit the avatar editing program when the window disappears.

Double-click on the Mii Transfer program̵7;s icon to launch it. Select ̶0;Slot 1̶1; from the list of choices presented on the window that appears on the desktop. Select ̶0;Send Mii to remote̶1; from the list of choices presented on the window.

Select the ̶0;Pants.mii̶1; file in the window that appears. Click the ̶0;Open̶1; button on the window. Quit the Mii Transfer program after the window has disappeared.

Select the ̶0;Mii Channel̶1; from the Wii̵7;s Home menu. Press "A." Select ̶0;Start.̶1; Press "A."

Select the ̶0;Transfer Mii̶1; button on the right of the screen that appears. Press "A."

Select the Wii remote icon at the left of the screen that appears. Press "A."

Drag your Mii from the leftmost slot in the ̶0;Save & Quit̶1; bar at the top of the screen down to where the other Miis are congregating. Select the ̶0;Save & Quit̶1; button. Press "A." Your Mii with his/her different colored pants is now on the Wii.
