How to Connect to the Wii With Wi-Fi

Not only does the Wii console play hundreds of games, it also enables users to connect to the Internet with a Wi-Fi connection. Once the user configures the Wii with a Wi-Fi connection, access to the Wii Shop channel will be available. Through the Wii Shop channel, users can purchase new games, as well as old classics like King Kong and Pac-Man with Wii points. Connecting your Wii to a Wi-Fi access point is a simple process, however with updates and downloads, the first time you connect may take quite awhile.
