      Log into your D-Link DIR-655 wireless router by typing "http://192.168.0.1" into any web brower's address bar and enter your username and password when prompted.

      Click on the "Wireless" tab and select the "Security" option. Change your security setting to "AES only." You are now done configuring the router, so you can set your computer aside for the remainder of the connection process.

      Turn on your Nintendo Wii and select the "Main Menu" option in the bottom left of the screen.

      Choose the "Wii Settings" option on the right side of the screen and "Internet."

      Choose the "Connection Settings" option.

      Select any of the connections on the list and make it a "Wireless Connection."

      Pick the "Search for an Access Point" option. Your system will automatically scan for your D-Link DIR-655 wireless router. Once it finds the router, press the confirm button. Your Nintendo Wii is now connected to your D-Link router.
