Instructions
Turn off the Wii game system and unplug its power cable.
Attach the LAN adapter to the USB port in the back of the Wii.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the corresponding outlet in the Wii console, making sure to push it in all the way until it clicks. The other end of the Ethernet cable should already be plugged in the the modem.
Plug the Wii power cable back in and turn the Wii console back on. Using a controller, select the "Wii" logo that appears on the bottom left side of the screen once the menu boots up.
Select "Wii Settings", then hit the blue arrow to move to the next screen. Click on "Internet", then hit "Connection Settings", "Wired Connection" and "OK". Your Wii will now be connected to the Internet.
