How to Copy Channels to a Wii From an SD Card

  Turn on the Wii console and access the options menu by clicking the "Wii" button. Select "Data Management."

  Choose the "SD Card" option, then choose "Channels."

  Scroll through the available options and locate the channel you wish to copy over.

  Click to select it, then click and select "Copy to Wii." If there isn't enough room on the console, a warning will appear on the screen directing you to clear space.

  Wait for the Wii to complete the copying of the new channel. Close the menu and return to your Wii home menu to locate the channel.

Clearing Space

  Open the "Data Management" screen and choose "Wii Console."

  Select either "Channels" or "Game Data." Both menus operate exactly the same, but you will clear more space off by moving and removing channels.

  Scroll through the available channels or game saves. When you see one you want to remove or copy to the SD card, click its icon.

  From the pop-up options, choose "Copy to SD" or "Delete." "Copy to SD" moves the channel or game save to the SD card. You can access channels from the SD card Menu on the main home menu. "Delete" removes them from the console.

  Wait for the console to complete the deleting or copying action.
