Things You'll Need
Instructions
Stand your Nintendo Wii on your entertainment center, within at least 2 feet of your television so all the cables reach. Use the included Wii Stand for vertical setup, or lay it on its side (with the Wii logo to the right) for horizontal placement.
Connect the AV cable (one end has yellow, white and red outputs) into the rear of your Nintendo Wii console and connect the three colored ends into the corresponding inputs on your television.
Connect the sensor bar to the back of the Nintendo Wii and position the sensor bar either directly above or directly below your television so that the center of the bar lines up with the center of your television. Use the included foam adhesive to stick the bar firmly in place.
Connect the AC adapter cord to the back of your Nintendo Wii console, and plug the other end into a wall outlet or surge protector.
Select the appropriate input (Video 1, Video 2, etc) from your television, then press the power button on your Nintendo Wii.
Insert two AA batteries into your Nintendo Wii Remote. Open the small cover on the front of your Nintendo Wii and press the red ̶0;Sync̶1; button, then press the small red button beside the batteries in your Wii Remote. When the first blue button on the Wii Remote remains solidly lit, the remote is synced.
Replace the battery cover on the Wii Remote and point it at the screen. Move the cursor to the ̶0;Wii̶1; icon in the lower left, and click it with ̶0;A.̶1;
Select ̶0;Wii Settings̶1; and then ̶0;Sensor Bar.̶1; Select the appropriate sensor bar position (above or below the TV), then exit out to the main Wii Channels Menu to begin using your Wii.
