Special Ball Colors
In order to get the color of bowling ball that you want most, you'll need to hold a directional button as the game is loading up. Before the game begins, when you are reminded to use the strap on the Wii remote, or "Wiimote," to keep you from losing the controller, hold one of the directional buttons on the Wiimote until the game begins. Depending on which direction you held the button, you will have a different color ball. Press "up" for blue, "down" for green, "left" for red and "right" for gold. Additionally, if you get to a pro level, you can unlock a bowling ball with diamond designs all over it.
Crowd Tricks
You can get the crowd watching you bowl to interact with your bowling. To make the crowd laugh you can "accidentally" throw the ball into the gutter in the wrong lane! To do this move to either side of the lane so that you're right at the gutter. Turn toward the opposite lane, and bowl the ball so it goes over the barrier. If done correctly, the ball will end up in the gutter in the wrong lane and the crowd will laugh at you. To scare the crowd, start your regular bowling motion, but let go while the ball is in the back swing. This will cause the crowd to scream and jump out of the way.
91 Pin Power Strike
In order to achieve this trick you will need to be in the 10th frame of a power bowling game. Wind up and throw the ball to the rail (left for left handed, or right for right handed). If you throw the ball so that it reaches the end without falling off you will hear a click, a rumble and an explosion. This will cause pins to rain down from the shockwave giving you a fully 91 pins for your strike.
