Nintendo's Wii Speak is a Wii accessory that allows you to speak to your online friends when playing Wii games. Speak to players across the world or the neighbor next door, by simply placing the hands-free Wii Speak microphone on top of your TV set. Unlike other game headphones, the Wii Speak will pick up the conversations of everyone in your room which is great for families playing together. Presently, there are a few games that support Wii Speak. For future titles, developers are working on integrating Wii Speak into most multi-player Wii games.

Animal Crossing City Folk
- "Animal Crossing City Folk "is the first Nintendo Wii game to support Wii Speak technology, and some versions of the game shipped with the Wii Speak accessory included. In "Animal Crossing City Folk," you move to a new city, work to earn money, design your own wardrobe, make friends, improve your neighborhood and decorate or upgrade your house. Using Wii Speak in "Animal Crossing City Folk," you can talk to your friends playing the game, plan when to visit each other's cities, and communicate directly when you are in each other's towns.
UNO WiiWare
- The classic UNO card game comes to the Wii in the form of a WiiWare download. This is the first WiiWare game to support Wii Speak. Playing this UNO game with others in your home is difficult since you can see everyone else's hand. However, Using Wii Speak to play with friends in other locations, the game is a blast. Join online competitions and chat with other players. Team up and coordinate strategies using Wii Speak. Call out "UNO" in your own voice to win the game. The Conduit
- "The Conduit" is the first "first person shooter" game created for the Wii. You play as a Secret Service agent in the middle of an alien invasion and must fight or gun down the hostile alien forces. Using Wii Speak, you can talk to other players and compete for the destruction of the alien enemies. Unlike other first person shooter games on the Xbox and PS3, you do not talk to all game players indiscriminately. With Wii Speak, you can only talk with players that you've exchanged friend codes. Depending upon how you like to play, the friends feature can be a benefit or a distraction.
