How Do I Know If My Nintendo Wii Is PAL or NTSC?

PAL and NTSC are kinds of video used in different countries. PAL stands for Phase Alternating Line and is used in Europe, Africa and most of Asia. NTSC stands for National Television System Committee and is used in Japan, the United States and the rest of North and South America. Each Nintendo Wii is locked to the region it came from and can only play games from that region.
