How to Play Guitar Hero: Aerosmith With a Controller

  Start the game by choosing a mode. Use the control pad on the Wii remote to navigate the menus until a song begins.

  Press the "A" button to play a yellow note and the "B" button to play a green note. Press the "1" button to play a blue note and the "2" button to play a orange note. Press "up" on the control pad to activate star power and "right" to play the red note. Press the "minus" button to activate star power or to activate the battle attack.

  Shake your Wii remote to use the whammy bar function. You can continue to press the control buttons as you shake the Wii remote.

Xbox 360

  Use the directional pad to navigate the main menu and select the game mode you want to play. Press the "A" button to select a mode and confirm selections.

  Press the "B" button to cancel a selection or go back. Press the "Start" button to confirm a selection or pause the game.

  Press the "A" button to play the orange note and the "LB" button to play the red note. Press the "RB" button to play the yellow note, the "LT" button to play the green note and the "RT" button to play the blue note. Pres the "Back" button to activate star power. Flick the left or right thumbstick to activate the whammy bar.
