Karaoke Games for Wii

Rhythm-based games are a growing trend amongst gamers. Taking minutes to learn and months to master, rhythm-based games are both addictive and entertaining. Along with games that place a guitar or drum controller in hands, other games keep it more simple, tossing the player a microphone and having him sing his favorite tunes. Karaoke games span all current generation game consoles, with a handful appearing on the Nintendo Wii.

Karaoke Revolution
- "Karaoke Revolution" lets players sing along to some of their favorite songs from artists like Coldplay, Jason Mraz, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift. Along with a regular version of the game, an American Idol edition is also available, bringing the popular TV series right into your home.
Band Hero
- "Guitar Hero" gone pop, "Band Hero" lets you and your friends play along to some of your favorite artists including Fall Out Boy, The Bravery, and the Jackson 5. While the drums, bass and lead guitar typical to the Guitar Hero franchise work with Band Hero, the singer plays along karaoke style, singing the lyrics as they appear on screen. "Guitar Hero 5" downloadable content works on "Band Hero" as well, allowing you to play all of your purchased extra tracks on your new game.
Disney Sing It
- "Disney Sing It" lets players sing along to the songs of all of their favorite Disney pop stars, including Hannah Montana and the Cheetah Girls. Along with a regular version of Disney Sing It, a High School Musical version is also available featuring songs from the popular Disney original. "Disney Sing It" also features a multiplayer mode so you can sing along with your friends and family.
