How Do You Turn on the Mingle on a Wii?

The Nintendo Wii game console has built-in Wi-Fi functionality which allows users to connect and interact with other Wii users. One of the unique features of the Wii is the ability to make Miis, which are small customizable avatars that must be used to play certain Wii games. After creating a Mii, you can enable a function called "Mingle" which will send your Mii to the consoles of others that you have on your list of Wii friends.
