How to Connect a Datel Keyboard to the Wii

Datel is a United Kingdom-based manufacturer of video game accessories and hardware enhancements. The company's Powerboard is a wireless keyboard designed for use with the Nintendo Wii for web surfing. The keyboard uses a built-in transmitter with a receiver attached to the console to send keystroke input to the Wii. Connecting the keyboard and transmitter take less than one minute.

     Turn off your Wii.

     Insert the wireless receiver into a USB port on the back of the Wii.

     Install two AAA batteries in the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard.

     Turn on the Wii and activate the keyboard by pressing any key.
