Connect Wii to Internet with Wi-Fi Connection
Go to the Wii home screen and click on the "Wii Options" button in the lower left corner.
Click on "Wii Settings."
Click the arrow on the right-hand side of the screen to go to the next page, then select "Internet."
Select "Connection 1" and choose "Wireless."
Select "Search for Access Point." Click "OK" after an access point has been found.
Choose your router on the list, input your router's passkey (if applicable), and click "OK" to run a connection test. If successful, a screen may prompt you to perform a software update. Click "Yes," let the software update then read the "Connect to Netflix" section of this article.
Connect Wii to Internet with Wired Connection
Install the Wii LAN Connector according to the directions, and plug an Ethernet cable that runs from your router or Ethernet access point into the connector.
Complete steps 1 through 3 from the Wi-Fi section of this article.
Click "Wired," then click "OK" to run a connection test.
Install the software updates.
Connect to Netflix
Navigate to the Wii Shop Channel from the home screen.
Search for "Netflix."
Click on the Netflix logo and follow the on-screen instructions to link your Netflix account with your Wii.
