The Nintendo Wii is just as popular, if not more so, than its current generation console competitors. Although the Wii lacks in hardware capability compared to the other consoles, it makes up for it with many unique features. One of the cool features that the Wii offers is the ability to browse the Internet. From there you can watch videos from many of your favorite websites.

High-speed Internet connection
Wireless router
or
Wired router with ethernet cable and Wii LAN adapter

  Connect your Wii to the Internet. All Wii consoles have Wi-Fi capability built in, so you can just connect to your wireless router if you have one. Otherwise you can connect to the Internet with a wired router and ethernet cable if you purchase a Wii LAN Adapter.

  Access the Internet Channel from the main menu. If you do not have the Internet Channel, you will first have to download it for free from the Wii Shop Channel.

  Enter in the web address of the website that you want to watch a video on, and pick the Internet video that you want to watch. To navigate a website you point the Wii remote like a mouse to click on things. If you need to type something in, just click in the bar you want to type in. A keyboard screen will appear, and then you just click on the letters to spell the words out.
