How to Use the Wii Fit Board

The Wii Fit board allows you to combine fitness with your gaming fun. You can learn yoga poses, practice calisthenics and even perform a full cardio workout with the help of the Wii Fit board. Using the Wii Fit board requires a simple setup that takes just a few minutes. Then you can follow the on-screen instructions on your television to begin your fitness gaming experience.

  • Four AA batteries
  • Wii game CD

Instructions

      Flip the Wii Fit board over and remove the battery cover. Place four AA batteries into the battery slots and replace the battery cover.

      Turn the Wii Fit board over and place it 3 to10 feet away from the Wii sensor bar attached to the front of your television console. Power the on/off switch to the "On" position, facing it away from the television.

      Synchronize the Wii Fit board by inserting a Wii Fit board compatible game CD into the Wii game system. Select the "Start" option with your Wii controller when the game menu comes on your television screen.

      Slide the door to the SD card slot open on the Wii console and flip the Wii Fit board over again to remove the battery door. Press the "Synchronize" button on the Wii Fit board and then press the "Synchronize" button found adjacent to the SD card slot. The "Power" button on the Wii Fit board will blink during synchronization and remain steady when the synchronization ends.

      Push the foot extensions onto the four Wii Fit sensors and then place the Wii Fit board in its upright position. Step on the Wii Fit board and follow the on screen instructions. The game CD will guide you through the positions that you need to maintain while standing on the Wii Fit board.
