How to Connect Your Wii to the HDMI Input on a LCD TV

Nintendo's Wii gaming system connects with a flat-prong cable to the console and component audio/video cables for hooking up to a TV. On LCD TV sets with a High Definition Media Interface (HDMI) jack, the Wii cable must be used with an adapter to convert the component plugs into a 19-pin HDMI connector. Adapters are available at electronics and computer stores.
