How to Give Your Pet a Bath on Sims Pets for the Wii

In "The Sims 2: Pets," your Sims are allows to adopt, play and care for their very own pets. Your pet acts as a Sims character,and you can control it. You can let your pet play with other pets, play with their owners or even sleep. Another important aspect for taking care of pets is their general hygiene. You will need to bathe them constantly because Sims pets, just like real dogs, love to roll around in the dirt.

Instructions

  Purchase a bathtub by going to the shopping menu on the lower left hand corner and searching through the pets icon. Find a bathtub or bathtub/shower combo for your pet and place it wherever you want to place it. After this is done, go back to live mode.

  Click on the bathtub. You will be able to click on the "Wash" option on the thought bubble. After that, click on the name of the pet you want to wash.

  Watch the cut scene carefully. Washing your pet will need your attention because they will have the ability to jump out the bathtub. Sometimes you will need to physically stay there and make sure that they do not jump out. After a few seconds, your Sims will dry off your dog.
