How to Take Your Wii Tiger Woods Profile With You

Tiger Woods PGA Tour is a video game that allows players to simulate playing on professional golf courses. The Wii version of the game uses the Wii remote to more accurately simulate swinging a golf club. Each game in the series creates a profile for the player that keeps track of accomplishments in the game. It is possible to place this profile on an SD card to allow it to be used on different Wii consoles.

Things You'll Need

Nintendo Wii game console
Wii Menu 4.0
Tiger Woods PGA Tour saved profile (any version of the game)
Compatible SD card

Instructions

  Open the small hatch on the front of the Nintendo Wii. It is located next to the disc slot.

  Place the SD card into the slot under the hatch.

  Press the power button to turn on your Nintendo Wii.

  Select the ̶0;Wii̶1; button from the main menu. It is the small circle in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  Select the wrench icon on the new menu to access the Wii settings menu.

  Choose ̶0;Data Management̶1; from the new list of options.

  Select ̶0;Wii̶1; from the tabs at the top of the screen. A list will appear indicating every game with saved information on the console.

  Choose ̶0;Tiger Woods PGA Tour̶1; from the list of games. You might need to scroll through the list depending on how many games are saved to your Wii.

  Select ̶0;Copy̶1; from the menu that appears. A prompt will appear. Confirm that you want to copy the player profile to the SD card.
