How to Work a Wii Charger

A Wii charger is a simple device that allows you to ditch the AA batteries in exchange for rechargeable battery packs. Some Wii chargers have different designs, but the premise is the same; place the Wii remotes on a cradle and let them sit for an hour or so. Once they are charged, they will perform as if there were AA batteries inside. Using a third-party charger will void the warranty for any remotes used on the device.

     Connect the charging cradle to an available wall outlet.

     Connect the two rechargeable battery packs (or the number that is applicable) to the battery compartments of your Wii remotes.

     Insert the Wii remotes into the charging slots on the cradle. When the light turns green, the remotes are completely charged.
