How to Get More Places in Super Smash Brothers Brawl

Unlock Stages in Brawl Mode

• 1

  Play as Donkey Kong in 20 brawl matches to unlock 75M, a stage based on the original Donkey Kong arcade game.

  Play as Luigi in three brawl matches to unlock Luigi's Mansion, a level with destructible walls based on the Gamecube game of the same name.

• 3

  Play as Captain Falcon in 10 brawl matches to unlock Big Blue, the side-scrolling F-Zero stage previously featured in Super Smash Brothers Melee.

  Play as Kirby in 20 brawl matches to unlock Green Greens, a stage based on Kirby's Adventure and previously featured in Super Smash Brothers Melee.

• 5

  Play 10 brawl matches on any classic Super Smash Brothers Melee stage to unlock Jungle Japes, a stage based on Donkey Kong Country and previously featured in Super Smash Brothers Melee.

• 6

  Play 10 matches on the stage Pokemon Stadium 2 to unlock the original Pokemon Stadium, a stage previously featured in Super Smash Brothers Melee.

Unlock Stages in Event Mode

  Complete event 19, "Wario Bros," in which you must defeat Mario and Luigi while playing as Wario, to unlock the Mario Brothers stage, based on the original Mario Brothers arcade and Nintendo game.

  Complete event 25, "The Aura is With Me," by defeating Ness and Sheik as Lucario (starting off at 182 percent damage) to unlock Spear Pillar, a stage based on Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

  Complete event 28, "Flower Blooms in the Echoes," where you play as Princess Peach and try to turn all the leaf platforms red by stepping on them, to unlock Hanenbow, a stage based off the Nintendo DS game Electroplankton.

Unlock Character Stages

  Unlock Mr. Game and Watch with one of the following methods: play 250 brawl matches, clear target practice mode with 30 characters, or play through the Subspace Emissary mode. Unlocking Mr. Game and Watch also unlocks the stage Flat Zone 2, based off the classic Game and Watch handheld games.

• 11

  Unlock Sonic by completing one of the following: beat Classic Mode with 10 different characters, complete 300 brawl matches, play 10 hours of brawl matches or complete the Subspace Emissary mode. Green Hills Zone, a stage based off Sonic the Hedgehog, will be unlocked along with Sonic.

  Unlock Toon Link by completing 400 brawl matches. Also, after beating the Subspace Emissary mode, you can go back to the forest level and find Toon Link there, or you can play through classic mode once (only after completing Subspace Emissary) and unlock him. The Pirate Ship stage, based on The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker for Nintendo Gamecube, is unlocked along with Toon Link.
