How to Get Daren's Rainbow On Harvest Moon Tree Of Tranquility

The Nintendo Wii's "Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility" is the first "Harvest Moon" game released for the system. "Harvest Moon" began life as a Super Nintendo game in 1997, and allows gamers to experience a simulated farm life with a little added magic here and there. One of the goals in "Tree of Tranquility" is to obtain the rainbows offered by the Harvest Sprites. Daren's rainbow is the first rainbow in the game.

Instructions

  Head to the big tree in the corner of Waffle Island Square. There is a plot of ground that can be watered here.

  Water the ground and Daren will appear. He will instruct you to collect an apple, common seashell, good herb fish, carp and grilled yam. With these ingredients he will make you a rainbow.

  Obtain an apple in whatever way is possible depending on the season. In the fall, you can grow an apple tree or purchase an apple from the Soufflé farm. In the spring and summer, apples are available at the flea markets.

  Collect the seashell on the shores of Waffle Island Beach. Search the beach and you will find it. You cannot purchase it, but you can find it during any season.

  Make a good herb fish by combining three salmon with a green herb.

  Fish for a carp in the river. They are easy to catch and are available during any season.

  Get the grilled yam. The same rules that apply to the apple apply to the yam. Once you have obtained the yam, grill it on the bonfire using matches purchased from the general store.

  Speak to Daren again and give him all the items you have acquired. He will make you a rainbow.
