Players
You can play with four players at your home, or use the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection for remote play against your registered friends or players from anywhere in the world. You can also play alone, racing against characters in the game.
Game Modes
The game has four modes: Grand Prix, Time Trial, VS. and Battle. Grand Prix and Time Trial are for single-player play only. VS. and Battle can be played alone or with others.
Game Play
