Instructions
Choose a bike on the vehicle selection screen. If a car is chosen, it will not be able to do a wheelie. The character chosen is irrelevant. All characters can do wheelies as long as they are riding a bike.
Get to a speed in which the Wii character is moving along fairly quickly. If the character is moving slowly, he will not have enough speed built up to sustain his wheelie. The best places for wheelies are in straight, flat stretches of raceways.
Shake the Wii remote upward one time swiftly. This swift shake will cause the character on the bike in the game to pull up the front of his bike and ride on a wheelie.
Lean the driver one way or the other to turn while in the wheelie. The steering capabilities are lessened when the character is riding a wheelie. This means that turns are difficult. Because the turns are very gradual when riding a wheelie, it is best to begin turning earlier than you normally would if you were not in a wheelie.
Shake the Wii remote downward once and the character will put the front wheel back on the ground and ride normally again.
