How to Create a Wii Bundle

Creating a Nintendo Wii Bundle can be a good way to boost business and offer deals on Nintendo Wii products. As it refers to video games, a bundle is a package deal offered by retailers to entice a shopper to buy a video game console.

Most video game bundle offers include the console, at least one controller and at least one video game. Some bundles may include additional memory cards, coupons for related merchandise or exclusive games. The key to creating a desirable Wii bundle is to package everything together at a price that is less than the cost of buying each item in the bundle separately.

Bundles do not have to be physically packaged together, but it is important to clearly indicate on the main item (in this case the Wii console) or on promotional material what items need to be purchased to get the bundle deal.

  Select at least one Wii video game to be included in the bundle with the console. Some merchants choose to bundle similar games together (such as a game series or a similar genre of games like fighting games or racing games). Decide if you want to offer a list of games that the customer can choose from to "create" their own Wii bundles.

  Other examples include Rock band instruments, classic controllers, Wii Fit devices, Wii memory, contoller chargers and LAN connection devices.

  Set the price for your Wii bundle. The total cost of the bundle should be lower than the price would be if the customer were to buy each item separately.
  
  For example, if the Wii console (with nunchuk and Wiimote) price is $200 dollars and you charge $50 per game, a bundle containing the console with controllers and two games should cost less than $300 dollars (console package plus two games).
  
  The price is up to you, but the main incentive for buying a Wii bundle is the savings when buying the bundle as opposed to buying each item separate.

  Advertise your Wii bundle packages. Clearly indicate which games and accessories are valid with the offer and clearly indicate whether the bundle is predetermined or whether the customer can pick and choose which items will be included in the bundle.
