Strength Training
Wii Fit strength training games include a series of exercises to help build muscles in arms and legs. Some of these exercises include the Jack Knife, Push Ups, Torso Twists and a Sideways Leg Lift.
Yoga
Yoga games and exercises feature balance and exercise activities like the Palm Tree, the Chair, the Half Moon and the Cobra. Users hold these poses for as long as possible to improve overall flexibility.
Aerobic Exercises
Mini-games included with the aerobic exercises include Basic Run, Super Hula Hoop, Rhythm Boxing and Basic Step. You can play with multiple players if more than one Wii Fit board is present.
Balance Games
Some of the most exciting games are the balance games. These games include Penguin Slide, Table Tilt, Snowboard Slalom, Balance Bubble, Ski Jump and the Tightrope Walk.
Other Activities
Other activities featured on the Wii Fit include the BMI measurement and the "Wii Fit Age." Both the BMI and "Wii Fit Age" are saved and over time, comparisons and growth charts can be viewed for each player.
