      Sync your Wii Fit balance board to your Nintendo Wii. After you have taken your game and balance board out of the package, you will install the batteries on your balance board. Hit the red button on your Nintendo Wii, then the same red button on your balance board. Now your balance board is ready to play!

      Create your personal profile. Once you have Wii Fit in your game console, you can begin exercising. You will have to tell the game your age and height. It will weigh you with the balance board. Don’t worry, if you do not want anyone else to see your personal information, you have the option to lock it with a password.

      Set your personal weight loss goals. When you are setting up your account, it will tell you your weight, as well as your body mass index (BMI). From there, you can set up a personal goal of how much you want to exercise and how much weight you want to lose. Also, you can set up a time frame of how long you give yourself to accomplish this goal.

      Exercise. Once you have set up your account, you are ready to begin exercising to reach your goals. There are four main categories of exercise: Yoga, Balance, Aerobic and Strength. The more time you spend on activities, the more different tools you will be able to unlock and use. The activities are a lot of fun to do, and you can set a time goal to use it everyday. You can also check your weight once a day to track your goals.

The Wii Fit game has more than 40 activities to get your heart racing and help you achieve your weight loss goals. You can do anything from Yoga to Hula Hooping, and you can even use your Wii Fit game as a step aerobics program.
