Navigate to the "Call of Duty" login page, enter your username and password, and then click "Login."
Click "Support," select "Contact Us," and then click the platform on which you have an Elite Premium membership. Click "Elite Premium," select "I'm Having Trouble Registering," and then click "I'm having a problem that is not listed."
Click "Live Agent" to start a chat with an Activision customer service representative. Ask the representative how much time is left in your Elite Premium membership.
Give the representative the information he requests. He may need your gamertag, the type of system you use or other information about your account. Follow his instructions to receive the amount of time you have left on your membership.
Xbox Console
Press the guide button, which is a silver button with a green "X" on it in the center of your Xbox controller, and then push the thumbstick to the right until you reach "Settings."
Highlight "Account Management," and then click "A."
Move the thumbstick right to reach "Your Memberships." Click on your "Call of Duty" Elite Premium entry to view information about your account.
