Renaissance Kingdoms Cheats

Renaissance Kingdoms is an international browser-based online multiplayer game in which you live as a person from renaissance-era Europe. Strictly speaking there are no actual cheats for the game; cheating by means such as software, multiple accounts or buying characters from more advanced players can get you banned. Inside information, however, can get you through the tricky early stages as you learn to play the game.
  1. Registering

    • Before you can play Renaissance Kingdoms, you will need to register. You can register using your email account. Enter your email in the appropriate field and choose a password; you will get an email asking you to confirm your registration. The game also lets you sign up using your Facebook account, if you have one.

    Food

    • As time passes your character gains hunger points -- two each day for low-level characters. For the first day, your character won't need to eat. After the first day he will need to eat every day or he'll starve and eventually die. This means you must log on and play every day. You can buy food at the market with money earned from various jobs. You can also obtain fish by fishing and fruit by harvesting it in the orchard. Note that as well as keeping you alive, some types of food also raise your character's statistics. For example, fish makes him more intelligent. These are called stat foods.

    Jobs

    • Jobs let you buy food to keep your character alive and thriving. You will also need an income to buy items such as clothes, weapons and tools. Any basic job will give you enough money to eat, with some left over to save for necessary equipment. You can often find work in the mines. Town halls sometimes hire militia; other citizens also advertise work there. Alternatively you can fish, pick fruit in the orchard or chop wood in the forest, then sell what you have collected for a profit. It is sometimes possible to make more money this way than you would at an ordinary job, but only if you work effectively.

    Statistics

    • There are three statistics (stats) in the game: strength, intelligence and charisma. They start at zero but can be increased through eating the right foods, up to a maximum of 255. Your character's stats dictate how good he is at a particular activity. You can get better jobs -- and thus more money -- if you develop your character's stats.

    Levels

    • To build up your character's level, you need to earn reputation points. Doing good works, such as taking a job at the church, will increase your reputation (although such work is less lucrative than standard employment). Your reputation will increase if you hire someone else to work for you or if you give money to beggars. You can sometimes earn reputation points by donating to the church. As your character's level increases, more options open up. There are four levels available for player characters.

    "Turbo Statting"

    • "Turbo statting" is the name given to a method of increasing your character's statistics more rapidly, at the expense of your in-game finances. Each day, have your character eat a stat food that is only worth one hunger point, followed by a stat food that is worth two hunger points. This wastes one hunger point's worth of food but lets you develop your character's stats 50 per cent as fast as normal.

    Tokens

    • You can advance your character faster using in-game tokens. You purchase these using real-world money. Tokens let you gain a noble title for your character and permit certain activities, such as praying in a church.
