Chat Window Size and Position
You may resize and change the position of the chat window in ̶0;FusionFall.̶1; This sometimes results in the window appearing behind other interface elements or ending up too small to notice on some resolutions. You can click and drag the small arrow on the chat window to fix size errors. The small pin in the corner of the chat window allows you to reposition the chat further from other parts of the game̵7;s interface.
Permission Settings
Not all players in ̶0;FusionFall̶1; have the same chat features. Younger players require parental permission to use the full chat window. Those without this permission may only use a series of common greetings and simple sayings from the game̵7;s drop-down chat menu. Parental settings preventing open chat also prevent you from reading anything in the game̵7;s primary chat window. You can check your settings on your account from the main menu, or ask the adult who set up your account to enable open chat through their parental account.
Chat Bans
̶0;FusionFall̶1; monitors open chat very closely in order to protect the minors that fit the game̵7;s target audience. The game filters many different forms of adult topics or offensive language, and in-game customer support members may place a ban on your account for violating the game̵7;s chat guidelines. The game should automatically notify you of any bans on your account when you attempt to enter messages in the open chat window. The menu chat options remain available even during an open chat ban.
