How to Use a Shadow Partner As a CB

The Chief Bandit, or CB, character class in the online game "Maple Story" is one of the advanced forms of the Thief class. The Chief Bandit has the same characteristics of the Thief, but is faster and can do more damage. Chief Bandits also have access to unique battle skills, including the Shadow Partner skill. Once activated, the Shadow Partner will attack the same target as your Chief Bandit and do a percentage of the damage that you dealt.

     Obtain a summoning rock. The Shadow Partner skill consumes a summoning rock when used. Some enemies, such as Dark Fissions, Luster Pixies and Lioners drop summoning rocks when killed. You can also give Eurek the Alchemist items to make summoning rocks.

     Select the "Summon Shadow Partner" skill while in battle.

     Continue to attack your enemies. The Shadow Partner will automatically attack the same enemies you have targeted and deal damage.
