Torag's Armor
Find the evil spectre Torag, one of the Barrow Brothers, in the dangerous Barrows realm. Participating in the Barrows minigame may yield pieces of Torag's armor, which consists of his helmet, platebody and platelegs. Torag's platebody -- you must have a minimum defense rating of 70 to wear it -- features a stab defense bonus of +122, a slash bonus of +120 and a crush bonus of +107. The helmet and legs feature bonuses of +55, +58, +54 and +85, +82 and +83, respectively. All of Torag's armor diminishes magic attack and defense ratings by one to 30 points.
Dragon Armor
Dragon armor, obtained via the Lost City Quest, encompasses many more individual pieces than Torag's armor, though it includes some comparable items. The Dragon platebody isn't quite as strong as Torag's platebody, offering a stab defense bonus of +109, a slash bonus of +107 and a crush bonus of +97. The defense bonuses of the Dragon platelegs are +68, +66 and +63. Though the medium Dragon helm only provides about half the defensive bonuses of Torag's helm, the full Dragon helm features respectable defense bonus ratings of +45, +48 and +41. The negative effects of Dragon armor on magic attack and defense ratings are very similar to the ill effects of Torag's armor.
Considerations

The Dragon armor set also includes a square shield, a chainbody, a plateskirt, gloves, gauntlets and boots, which offer defense bonuses ranging from +7 to +98. Though the individual pieces of Dragon armor aren't quite as strong as Torag's armor, Dragon armor provides more protection when equipped as a full set.
Weapons
A pair of two-handed hammers completes Torag's set. These weapons feature a crush attack rating of +85 and a strength rating of +72. The collection of Dragon items includes weapons as diverse as the Dragon longsword, Dragon battle axe and Dragon dagger, among others. The most powerful of the set are the Dragon halberd and the two-handed Dragon sword, which feature respective slash bonuses of +95 and +92.
