How to Log in to Rumble Fighter When You're Banned From the Game

In OGPlanet̵7;s ̶0;Rumble Fighter,̶1; players receive a temporary suspension or permanent ban based on failure to comply with certain community and game guidelines. Offenses include swearing, promoting other sites, making false reports against players, impersonating an administrator and hacking. The level of the ban depends on the infraction and the number of times you repeat the same infraction. The only way to log in to your account when you̵7;re banned from the game is to ask the OGPlanet Help Desk to reverse the ban and then log in after your account is made active again.

  Go to OGPlanet̵7;s ̶0;Rumble Fighter̶1; home page.

  Highlight ̶0;Support̶1; on the right end of the bar near the top of the screen with your cursor to reveal a pop-up menu. Select ̶0;Help Desk̶1; on the menu to reveal the Help Desk Web form.

  Click the field under ̶0;Category̶1; and select ̶0;Rumble Fighter̶1; from the drop-down menu. Click the next field to reveal a drop-down menu of options. Select ̶0;Web site issue (#)̶1; or ̶0;Others̶1; from the menu.

  Enter your user ID and email address in the next fields.

  Provide a subject for your message. For example, use ̶0;Account Hacked?,̶1; ̶0;Accidental Ban?̶1; or ̶0;Ban Glitch?̶1; to describe your issue with the ban.

  Write a detailed note in the ̶0;Message̶1; field. Give the Help Desk the date and time you were first banned from ̶0;Rumble Fighter.̶1; Provide a legitimate reason for why you feel the block on your account wasn̵7;t deserved. If you suspect that someone hacked your account, provide the Help Desk with the hacked account name, date of hacking, any additional details you can think of and a phone number where the Help Desk can reach you.

  Click the ̶0;Submit̶1; button to send your request and then wait for an email or phone call response from the Help Desk.

  Go to the "Rumble Fighter" home page to log in to your account if the OGPlanet approved a ban reversal. Click the ̶0;Login̶1; button and then log in as you would normally with your ̶0;Rumble Fighter̶1; ID and password or social site ID such as Google, Yahoo!, Windows Live ID, Facebook, Twitter or AOL.
