Instructions
Upload the "mani_admin_plugin" folder and its contents to the "addons" folder of your "Counter-Strike: Source" game server. If you have multiple games installed on your server, make sure that the folder you place the plug-in in is located in the "CStrike" directory. Depending on your server setup, you may be able to do this via an FTP client or by connecting directly to the server.
Create a new folder named "Music" inside the plug-in folder on your server. Upload the music files you want to include into this new folder. All files must be in .mp3 or .wav format, with .mp3 files being 128 bit audio recorded at 44100Hz and .wav files being 8 bit audio recorded at 11025 Hz. Other file types will not work correctly.
Open the file "Soundlist.txt" in the "mani_admin_plugin" folder you uploaded to your server. Scroll to the bottom of the sound listing and type " "Track Name" Music/track_title.mp3" without the first and last quotation mark; substitute the name you wish to use for your track for "Track Name" but keep the quotation marks around it, and change track_title.mp3 to the name of the sound file you are adding.
Add the information for any other music files you uploaded to the bottom of the "Soundlist" file; then save the file. This tells the mod which files to play during the game and where it can find those files for players to download.
Restart your server. Log in to the server console by accessing the file "srcds.exe" in the "HLServer" directory; then type "rcon_password "YourPassword" " without the outside quotation marks to gain access to the server's administrator options. Make sure that you enter your administrator password with quotation marks around it in place of "YourPassword" when entering the command.
Type "rcon plugin_load ../CStrike/addons/mani_admin_plugin_i486" into the console to load the Mani Admin Plug-in add-on for Counter-Strike: Source. Once activated, you can exit the console; players who log in to your server will now automatically download your music files while connecting if the files are not present on their system.
