How to Gift From Your Inventory in YoVille

"YoVille" is a Facebook game that allows you to connect with friends in a virtual world. Created by and very similar to the Sims family of games, you are able to create a virtual identity. You connect and interact with other people through the game and it allows you to enter a community in which you can shop, mingle, design your home and design your life. Many of the features of the game mimic actions you might take in your actual life. For example, you may give your friends gifts.

Instructions

  Sign in to your Facebook account and go to the "YoVille" application.

  Go to the home of your friend (whether or not he is online) whom you would like to give a present from your inventory.

  Click the guestbook envelope in the lower right-hand corner. This is the white envelope icon above your yellow inventory.

  Click "Leave Gift" button. This will open a new window in which your inventory is located.

  Choose the gift from your inventory that you wish to give your friend.

  Press the "Next" button in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.

  Select the wrapping, if desired, and write a message to accompany your gift.

  Press the "Send" or "Send and Share" button to complete giving your gift.
