Video Card Drivers
Update your video card drivers. Access your computer's control panel, then click ̶0;System and Maintenance̶1; and ̶0;Device Manager,̶1; right-click your adapter's name and click ̶0;Update Driver.̶1; Click ̶0;Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software̶1; to prompt your computer to search online for an update. Follow the onscreen prompts to install the update. Relaunch your game after the update completes.
Sound Card Drivers
Outdated sound card drivers can cause ̶0;Bejeweled Twist̶1; to crash. If you have not updated your drivers within the last six to nine months, check for an available update by following a similar process for updating the video card drivers outlined in Section 1. After updating your sound card drivers, relaunch the game. If the game crashes again, restart your computer and relaunch the game again.
DirectX
DirectX is necessary to play ̶0;Bejeweled Twist̶1; on a Windows-based computer. If your version of DirectX is in need of updating, it can cause your game to unexpectedly crash. Uninstall the game before making the update, then access the Microsoft website and download the update for DirectX. Follow the prompts to install the update, then restart your computer and reinstall the game. If the game crashes after the reinstallation, restart the computer and launch the game again.
Uninstall/Reinstall
If a game file is corrupt or missing, you may need to uninstall and reinstall ̶0;Bejeweled Twist̶1; to resolve the crashing issue. After uninstalling the game, restart your computer, disable your security software -- firewalls and antivirus software can sometimes interfere with proper installation -- then reinstall "Bejeweled Twist." You may need to re-register the game after the installation completes.
