Maps
̶0;Warzone Tower Defense̶1; features six different maps, including the grassy field of Broken Dreams, heavily enclosed My Little Fortress, rocky Desert Pass, highly guarded Enclave, dense Red Planet and dual-towered Split Decision. Each of these levels can be played in standard or ̶0;Ground Only̶1; mode, the latter of which removes enemy air forces from the equation.
Variations
Each level in ̶0;Warzone Tower Defense̶1; can be played in different game modes, adding further variation to the game. In addition to the game's default mode, gamers can opt to play in ̶0;Quick Cash̶1; or ̶0;Accelerated Play̶1; modes. Players can choose to start with $5,000 -- currency used to buy more defenses and towers -- or play with $20,000, $50,000 or $100,000 fixed limits. Players can choose ̶0;10 Tower Limit̶1; and ̶0;20 Tower Limit̶1; modes. The game also offers ̶0;2X Cash 2X Difficulty̶1; mode, which makes for harder enemies that yield twice the amount of cash when defeated. Taking standard and ̶0;Ground Only̶1; variations and different game modes into account, ̶0;Warzone Tower Defense̶1; offers 120 possible game scenarios.
"Extended" Maps
̶0;Warzone Tower Defense Extended,̶1; an update of the game released in 2009, adds two new maps to the mix, for a total of eight maps. The grassy Canyon Warfare features twisted and rocky terrain while the desert Dust Bowl presents a balanced combination of open fields and bluffs. Like all maps in ̶0;Warzone,̶1; these levels can be played on standard or ̶0;Ground Only̶1; modes.
Extended Variations
̶0;Warzone Tower Defense Extended̶1; features the same 10 game modes as its predecessor, making for a total of 160 possible game scenarios. This enhanced version of the game adds the Upgrade Shop to the proceedings, in which gamers can use MochiCoins, virtual currency used to buy virtual goods in browser-based games, to buy upgraded versions of ̶0;Warzone̶1; weapons, such as the long-range missile turret or heavy plasma cannon.
