Type a title for the subject of your communication in the ̶0;Subject of Inquiry:̶1; field such as ̶0;Account Ban - Possible System Error,̶1; "Account Hacked?," ̶0;Account Termination Question̶1; or ̶0;Assistance Request - Account Ban.̶1;
Explain in the ̶0;Message:̶1; field your reason for believing that ̶0;VFK̶1; staff should allow you to return to the game. For example, you could state that you believe a system error occurred, your account was hacked or that you mistyped a word resulting in profanity. Provide details that support your case such as the date and time of the ban or evidence that someone hacked your account. When finished, sign the message with your ̶0;VFK̶1; username.
Enter the CAPTCHA-style letters in the box provided. Click the ̶0;Submit Inquiry̶1; button and then wait for a response from ̶0;VFK̶1; staff explaining the reason for the ban and whether they are going to continue the ban or informing you that you can have a second chance.
