How to Fly the Helicopter on Poptropica Cryptids Island

Among the many video game adventures available on Poptropica.com, Cryptid Island offers players the opportunity for some creepy fun. Cryptid Island is the jumping off point as characters go in search of monsters like Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster and the Jersey Devil. To get around the Cryptid Island adventures, characters must use the helicopter.

Instructions

  Take the Kitesurfer x250 and catch up to Gretchen Grimlock, who will burn up your kite surfer and leave you to drown. Mr. Mews will rescue you with the Mews Corp. helicopter.

  Get out of the bed at Mr. Mews' mansion, drink the water and explore the museum. Click the "Play" button on each screen to learn about the various monsters you'll be chasing.

  When Mr. Mews talks to you, click on "I'll do it," and Mr. Mews will tell you the helicopter is waiting for you outside.

  Go outside the mansion and climb into the helicopter.

  Click on the destination you want when the helicopter's control screen comes up. For instance, if you want to pursue the Loch Ness Monster, click on "Loch Ness." The helicopter will automatically take you to your destination.
