How to Text and Chat With People Who Are Not Your Friends on Wizard101

You can still chat with people even if they are not on your Friends list in ̶0;Wizard101,̶1; a family-friendly online role-playing game. As you level through the game, you will encounter more difficult monsters and challenging quests. Meeting other wizards and working together to complete the quests and kill the monsters is a big part of the game. If you encounter other players you enjoy playing with, you can add them to your Friends list and chat with them no matter where they are in the game.

Instructions

Menu Chat

  Click the chat bubble icon on the top left of your computer screen.

  Scroll your mouse over the pre-selected sayings from the drop-down list.

  Use the left mouse button and click on the saying you would like to broadcast.

  Notice the chat bubble above your character displaying your text message. Everyone in the area will be able to see your message.
Text Chat

  Hit the ̶0;Enter̶1; key on your keyboard.

  Type your message in the chat window.
- 7
  Hit the ̶0;Enter̶1; key on your keyboard.
- 8
  Watch the chat bubble above your character displaying your text message. Everyone in the area will also be able to see your message.
