How to Troubleshoot Bounce Out

Bounce Out! runs on the Adobe Flash platform. This means that your Adobe Flash installation is the source of the problem if you cannot play the game in your browser. Perform a clean uninstall of your Adobe Flash Player and install the latest version of Flash Player to resolve any issue you have with the game.

  Download the 32-bit and 64-bit Adobe Flash Player uninstallers from the Adobe website. Exit all of your browsers and any other active programs, including those in your system tray.

  Run the 32-bit Adobe Flash Player uninstaller to have Windows remove all traces of the Adobe Flash Player. Run the 64-bit uninstaller so that the uninstaller can check for the 64-bit version of Adobe Flash Player and remove it as well. If Windows tells you that the 64-bit uninstaller is not a valid Win32 application, ignore the error and move on to the next step.

  Visit the Adobe Flash Player website. Click the "Download Now" link and follow the instructions to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Restart your browser after the installation completes, then load Bounce Out! and verify that it works properly.
